Homemakerindia.in will not give out your telephone number or email address, except where needed to deliver a product or service your order.
We will not disclose your account information. In other words, we will never rent or sell your name, address, email address or personal details to any third party. We do not store any credit card details at our end. This information is collected primarily to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and to facilitate a truly personalised shopping experience. However, in case of a situation wherein we are obliged to comply with law or a statutory obligation or a legal process, we would be compelled to provide information about a customer.
Shipping Policy
Homemakerindia.in is committed to deliver your orders in good condition and on time.
Please note our shipping policy: We currently deliver via courier agencies. We ship Monday through Saturday, except on public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only. If you deem the product to be in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Call our customer care at +91-9176619911 or email us at support@homemakerindia.in, mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Product Refund/Return Policy
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have ordered from Homemakerindia.in. However, if in an unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, Homemakerindia.in follows the below mentioned Refund/Return Policy:
Damaged/Tampered Delivery Please do not accept the delivery of any item from the courier/delivery person, if you feel that the outer packaging is Damaged/Tampered. Please contact our customer care for replacement, immediately.
Damaged/Defective Product In an unlikely event, if the product you received from us is damaged/defective, please call the customer care within 3 working days for a refund/replacement. Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund/replacement. In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money.
15-day money back policy If you change your mind about the purchase and haven't opened the package as yet, you can call us within 15 days of ordering the product. We will refund your money deducting only 20% of the product cost incurred in packaging and handling.
Returning the product For initiating the return of a product, you may contact our customer care and request a return/replacement. We will arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address through courier and shall process the return/replacement subject to receipt of the product(s) at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging, failing which return/replacement may not be possible. At the time of collecting the product(s), you will be given a courier Airway Bill, which is to be retained for future reference.
Refund If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account respectively. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments, Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder's Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
